I assem-built a Polymer80 g17 with a Brownells slide and Tactical Kinetics barrel. It functioned flawlessly for over 1,000 rounds. However, I didn’t like the grip length for carry. Since I’m Savage sized, the grip sticks past my ass when I carry in a TCS holster. Therefore, I decided to buy a Poly80 PF940CL (long slide 19, uses g17 recoil spring). Now, I get a stove pipe about once every mag. Any thoughts as to why? Same slide, barrel, & recoil spring. I purchased the same Lone Wolf frame parts kit.

I’m an 07 FFL and have a laser engraver. I’ve had another 07 FFL contact me about marking unfinished 80% lowers. They want the legal markings including serial number and their manufacturer info. I was assuming that I could mark whatever they want on them because they’re just blocks of aluminum, not firearms. They will be finishing them and manufacturing the firearms later.

Thanks for taking my question.

First, why is Shawn always so angry? I mean it’s hilarious but dude, come on, they’re fucking fruit by the foot (Go ahead and rant for a minute, it’s ok). Ok, real question, Shawn is there a good national organization for medical training? A site to look up local classes in a given state? Any good online classes you’d recommend?

P.S. – Have Jeremy read this Amazon review for Tipton .22 dummy rounds. I want to hear the rant it incites. There were many others like it. Written by a fucker who needs a good dolphin rape.

“These are hollowed out plastic forms in the shape of .22LR bullets. Real snap caps have a spring in them, with a back that allows you to dry fire the gun, and gives the firing pin something to strike in order to dissipate the energy from the pin, so the pin is not damaged. Hollowed out, like these are, gives literally NOTHING for the firing pin to strike, and basically means that you would still be dry firing the pin with no dissipation of energy, which harms the pin.“

I live in an RV fulltime (voltage 4225 if you want floor plan) with my wife and 4 small children. Work wind construction and sometimes stay in shady spots so need suggestions on protection. Right now I use a canik tp9sfx and a Kbar knife. With over penetration as a concern, what would you recommend?

Will a two point deer always be a two point deer? Or do they get more points as they get older? I always thought my penis would get bigger as I got older, but, well… Anywho, how do hunters tell how old a deer is just by looking at them?

I really really like M1 Carbines, and would love to own one some day. I’ve done some research about buying originals, mixed originals, buying remakes in different calibers like Chiappa, and Inland’s full remake. Do y’all have any experience with any of these, or have opinions? And what would you consider to be the “nowadays” equivalent?

Hey guys, I’m about to start a new build as soon as I can track down the basics. I’m going to make my do everything rifle for just fuckin around in the hollers and forests on wnc. I’ve been thinking about a 5.56 with a 14.5in pinned barrel. I would like to keep the rifle under about 6.5 pounds, which barrel profile would be best for lighter weight but a utilitarian role as well? Maximum distance shooting would be 250-300 yards if its being stretched. Would you also recommend a 3x prism as an option for an optic since I have astigmatism? Thanks guys and love the show
