Hey guys,
Question about barrel twist vs barrel length in 5.56/.233. Obviously most of us know that the heavier bullets require a faster twist where as lighter bullets have a slower twist. At what point does barrel length make up for a slower twist rate? Example, would a 20 inch + barrel shooting 77gr bullets make up for the slower 1:9 twist because there is more barrel length to stabilize the bullet?
Also would this same question apply to the 224 Valkyrie eventhough the round is suffering from manufacturers not making a 1:6 or 1:6.5 twist barrel? Would a 24 in 1:7 be sufficient for the 90gr pills or should I wait and see if companies get their shit together?

When we lose our freedom, who is more to blame? The one who put us in chains, or the one who could have prevented it?

I am of course referring to the Republican controlled house & senate who did nothing to promote gun rights for 2 full years.

Guys, I can’t figure this out.

For AR15 lower, are all mags the same? I know .223, 5.56 and 300 blackout are. But what about .224 Valkyrie and some others?

Same with AR10 and AR30. Is 6.5 Creedmore same as .308? .338 Lapua same as .50BMG?

Which would be your choice: CZ Scorpion EVO or MP5 Clone for a PC sub gun?

Hey Guys, I had something strange happen Thanksgiving Day, I was with my Brother in Law and 2 of my Nephews and we were going to do some plinking with my Walther P22 we were using CCI Mini Mag 22LR 40 grain 1235 FPS. I loaded 10 rounds and handed it to one of my Nephews he pulled the trigger and “click” nothing, he cleared that round and pulled the trigger and “click” nothing again. He handed the gun to me I aimed down range and shot the remaining 8 rounds fine. I loaded the mag with 10 rounds and handed to my Bro in Law, he pointed it down range and again “click” nothing. To make a long story short this continued, I was the only one the gun would fire for. They finally gave up after several mag reloads and different grip styles but nothing we did would allow them to shoot it. It would only fire for me! All of them are experienced gun owners, my Bro in Law is a Marine, one of my Nephew is National Guard and the other nephew while youngest has an extensive gun collection that puts mine to shame. I am completely baffled and confused it made no fucking sense! Sorry for the length of this question I hope Jeremy didn’t have to read it. Any thoughts on why/how this would occur? P.S. they actually accused me of having some kind of electronic fingerprint safety that would only allow me to fire it LOL!
