Kholster Crescent Concealed Holster Review

I’ve had my concealed holster for a few months now.  I bought Kholster because it was on sale and I wasn’t 100% sure what I would need. It turns out that I don’t need to look any further, because I found the perfect holster for my situation.

When I first broke it out, I thought “holy crap this thing is huge.”  The holster, pervert.  I knew there would be a  break-in period so I started wearing it sans firearm to break in the leather.  It didn’t take long, just a few days and it keeps getting more comfortable as it goes.

Comfort

It’s as comfortable as it can be.  I carry a heavy gun, and the holster really mitigates the weight.  No pinching, no sharp edges. The shield keeps everything from touching my skin, and the leather feels smooth as butter.

Fit

It fits right on my normal belt with nice clips, and the leather really conforms to your body as you wear it.

Adjustability

This was pretty important.  I spent several hours adjusting depth and cant until the holster was comfortable and concealed.  Moving the clips is as simple as removing a couple of screws and moving to different pre-punched holes.  I was able to find the perfect settings for my carry and body style.

Retention

The Kydex was molded really well and fit my gun perfectly.  As expected it was pretty tight to start, but drawing a few dozen times improved the fit.  It draws smoothly and still has excellent retention.

Durability

Wearing daily for a few months it is in perfect condition.  No abnormal signs of wear, no observed weakening in any area.  I had to tighten the belt clip screws once.

Value

This is one of its finest features.  For a shielded IWB Kydex holster I think I paid around $35.  Compared to some better known names, this is an excellent price.

I love the holster and will surely buy more in the future.  I recommend it highly.  Check it out at Kholster.com.
