The show as electrodynamics:
Shawn is the displacement current density and he is a source of the magnetic field just as actual current is. However it is not an electric current of moving charges, but a time-varying electric field.
Nick is the Liénard–Wiechert potentials which describe the classical electromagnetic effect of a moving electric point charge in terms of a vector potential and a scalar potential in the Lorenz gauge.
Savageoner is the Eddy current which flow in closed loops within conductors, in planes perpendicular to the magnetic field.

Was just listening to Double Tap 483 when you read my question from a few months ago about upgrading my carry gun. I actually settled on a Rost Martin RM1C Bundle. It came with the gun, a red dot, 3 17 round mags, a 15 round flush mag and a case. Was at my LGS and mentioned it and they ordered it. Had it 5 days later at $515 OTD. The only downside is, C&G doesn't make a holster for it. Witch is a bummer because they are local to me.
Love the show and find it interesting that we both came to the same conclusion.
