Before my first deer hunt this year, I’d like to go turkey hunting. I currently have an 18in rifled 12ga 870 as one of my home defense tools. It is not threaded for a break, but I’m curious if this will work for turkey hunting. Or should I go out and try to find a cheap or used shotgun more suited for turkey. Is 20ga ok? What other long guns would you suggest? I’ll probably use this once a year for one turkey.

So I was down at the government building paying my dues to the crown the other week. The security guard noticed my WLS patch on my hat. When I finished having my paycheck raped, he handed me a peice of paper with info on it. He told me it’s the local militia, and they’re looking for Patriots to come together and protect our town if any riff raff comes our way.
With that said, the other week, the Virgina militia had a rally in Richmond.
Also, the 2nd Amendment.
With all that said: my understanding is that it’s our right and duty as Americans to form militias. But I keep hearing that it’s illegal, or frowned upon. I’m hesitant to join this group. But shouldn’t “frowning on a militia” be as ridiculous as “frowning on legally carrying a gun”? Or “frowning on peacefully protesting”? Thanks guys. Also, when are y’all gonna have Fire Toad Forge as a guest? He seems cool.

We all know Nick became famous for correcting people about AKs. But it seems like he’s grown away from them over the years. Have any of you done an about face from your original gun loves? When I started, I was amazed by long guns, but after my first Glock, all I can think about are pistols and revolvers.

Two questions for you guys today. What do you recommend for a sub $200 3x or 4x red dot for a rifle? With that what do you recommend for lens caps? I take my rifles through a lot of brush so I’m afraid of getting them all scratched up. Yet it is an inconvenience to have to flip them up or take them off. Especially in quick shot scenarios. I also often lose the caps as they get pulled off by the brush. I like see-through caps but since I always lose them I don’t like to spend the extra money on them. Am I just old school and this is no longer a worry with modern glass or what do you recommend?

Question for Jeremy. Around episode 188 there was a mention of a pigtail gas tube. Is it on your suppressed sbr? I’m working on tuning my suppressed 7.5inch pistol. What worked for you. Also have any of you used a black aces 30 cal can?

A question for you experienced gamers. I’m looking to get a VR gaming system for my very young but school-age daughter. Being that you guys talk about your systems and you are knowledge of firearms training I thought I would get your opinions. I’m looking for something that will help her improve hand-eye coordination and anything that has any shooting games to help her learn responsible shooting skills and/or realistic combat/training tactics. I already purchased her a MantisX, but she is a little young to really use it. I haven’t purchased a gaming system since the N64 so I’m really out of touch with what’s available. Looking to keep the price down below $800. I have a fairly robust PC as I understand some of the options can tether to it. PS before you limit the characters in this submission form stop complaining about people not providing enough information and fix this damn little box so it is usable on a mobile device.

In episode 367 did Jerambe say he had a bridgeport rig on a 10mm? That’s badass, I’ve only ever seen them on SAA revolvers or their clones. Have you guys done a video with it yet? I’d love to see how it works.
