Hey guys. What’s your take on iver Johnson arms? I have a commander size 45 and carry ruger arx ammo. That composite stuff. Claims 1300fps. I know the iver Johnson sounds like a fun of the poors but I’m getting away from that with an aero 6.5 creedmoor. Jeremys rants are the best and he actually sounds smart.

In a post-booger world, where Americans have managed to fire 99.99999999999999999% of all live ammunition on Earth, and also used up all reloading components, and somehow forgotten how to make black powder, what armaments would you choose to outfit yourself and your army of cultish minions? I’m thinking pike phalanxes, heavy cavalry, and dudes on elephants trained to crush men into human jelly for later consumption on toast.
I’d love to hear your ideas.

How do you guys feel about reloading ammo for personal defense/carry ammo? Are legal concerns just old wives tales? I’ve watched several videos but I’ve yet to see a definitive answer. Do you guys know of this ever being an issue in court? With current shortages I’m finding it hard to get enough personal defense style ammo to practice with, however I can easily get JHPs and reload my own. My general feelings are that of a situation is a good shoot this Issue won’t matter. Thanks for all the entertainment! #DontKillAaron

This is not a question for the pours. Have you got any tips for mag storage? I’m not talking about guns you keep ready for EDC or home defense, those mags are loaded and staged. For the guns that love in the safe I used to just buy cheap mag pouches and keep the mags with the gun. But I’m up to around 29 bottom feeders now (some share magazines) and I can’t even make a guess at the total # of mags. Right now I put them in ziplocks and write what they’re for on the bag. Then all the bags go into a box. When I want to shoot one of them I dig through the box and the one I want always seems to have fallen to the bottom. I keep thinking there’s gotta be a better way. What do you think?

How do you guys doctor up your Top Ramen? I used to think I was a weirdo but after a couple of conversations with people at work I found out it was common. Here’s what I put in mine. This is after following the directions on the package.
Milk
Saltines
Pringles
Turkey Lunchmeat
Avacado
2 roasted jalapenos with a little lime and lemon juice
salt and pepper.
Looks disgusting but tastes delicious. My daughter once accused me of putting cheese and pepper on everything. I reminded her that I didn’t put cheese on ramen noodle and she went “GROSS WHY DID YOU MAKE ME THINK OF THAT AGAIN” and ran off.
Other things I’ve heard people use and I never tried
Peanut butter (I’m still not sure if this dissolves)

A raw egg cracked into the pot 1 minute before it’s done cooking.

Thanks for all the great content. I wanted to touch a little more on the recent talk about OpticsPlanet.com. While I agree with you, the check availability and things being unclear about being in stock is very annoying; it is not enough to me to overcome the few things I think they do right. The most important being they are the only major site in the gunworld that allows for the use of PayPal (that I know of). While I am not a fan of PayPal for their anitgun policies, I like that this is kind of a way of sticking it to them. Plus it is widely used and trusted. And it is a way for me to disguise my habit from my wife, as it just shows up as PayPal on the bank statement. While I would prefer just lower prices I understand business and like their VIP pricing and Opticsbucks programs. What has really caused me to not like them lately and severely limit my business with them is their policy of not shipping any ammo to NYS; even if to an FFL or other approved shipper. Those in restricted states are behind enemy lines and need all the support we can get. Because of this I have not gotten to try out their new mobile app. Have any of you tried it and what are your thoughts on it? PS I put their email in the submission form so spam away. #SSB
