What do you think of larger platform pistols sub 9mm calibers. I just think theyd be easier to shoot for people who dont train a lot. I personally would love to see more even if I wouldnt carry it that much.
I am a younger fully able male but I shoot a 22 fast and accurate with little training. I imagine a glock 19 size frame in 380 would be similar. Most gun owners dont shoot at all. I consider my self above average shooting 1.5 times a month but seems like every year I have one month where I dont get out because work is slow or something like that. I can always pick up a 22 and put it through the 3.5 inch shoot and see targets I use relatively quick. I cant do that with a 9mm. Im accurate with my 9mm but I have to take a second. I got my fundamentals down and first shot but that succession is what I have trouble with unless i have a match that month and prepare to shoot a lot more.
I cant imagine with people who dont shoot which I think is most gun owners. Rebuttal to my self though all that being said I see crappy gun handling with success in those self defense shooting videos on various channels. Thoughts?

I have a Vortex Crossfire 4-12×50 scope laying around. I am considering a POF revolution with a 16.5″ barrel. Purchasing this rifle will probably exhaust my budget for a while. What mount/rings do you recommend for this combo? Please nothing with QD. QD does not work well in the field, I have had brush nearly knock my scope off a few times.

It seems there are a plethora of AR drop-in single-stage triggers in the 3.5 pound range available with a large difference in prices between brands. From your experience, is there a big or noticeable difference between the lower-priced and higher-priced triggers? Are the more expensive ones worth the additional cost? What is your preference in a drop in trigger?

Hey guys,
Love the show! I finally escaped California and I’m looking to exercise my new found freedom (nfa aside). I’m curious (not bi-) to hear what your recommendations would be for my first SBR. I’ve been looking at the Bren and MCX, both in 11″ or a standard ar-15 pattern. I’d like to stick to 556 and it would be primarily be used as a range toy out to 100 yards. I also plan on picking up a Bowers’ can so it needs to be suppressor friendly.
