Great Cult Leaders. I have taken to hunting with an Alps Mountaineering EPS Travers pack and carry my rifle in the Scarborough pocket thing. I carry my pistol in a generic holster on the waistband of the pack. I use this for shooting at game quickly that I may kick up while walking in and out of the field. Lately, I have been considering getting a rifle-caliber pistol, like one of those Remington 700’s or an AR in 300 blackout with subsonic would be nice. My question is can you recommend a holster that would go on the waistband of the pack? A sling system really would not work with trying to draw while the pack is on and getting the pack on and off. I have seen a few Kydex holsters but wondering if they really work. #SSB #WLSISLIFE #GUNCULT

Recently I was speaking with an old Army Vet. He told me that his gun collection took two lifetimes to aquire. I asked him what he meant. Apparently when he got divorced years ago, he sold ALL of his guns so that she couldn’t get them. Turned out she didn’t care and never even wanted them, so he had to build his collection again. That made me think: what do people go through with divorces when it comes to guns?

My wife mentioned she wants to get into bird watching, soooooooooo: I’m gonna use this as an excuse to get a nice set of Binoculars that we can “share”. Hey what’s up guys. So I get a hold every time I go get a new gun. The lady at the gun shop told me that it would be easier to get a (UPIN) but since she was a little busy didn’t give anymore info on it. Have you guys heard bout this? 2nd question; if you buy a gun online and have it sent to the FFL in your town do you have to ask for that FFL holder permission first ???
