Have you guys tried any frame mods on your polymer80 frames? I’ve found my PF940 frame backstrap is too big and I want to reduce it. Seems to be bunch of empty space between the backstrap and magwell. I’ve seen some youtube videos on glock backstrap reductions by using heat and a hard surface to reshape, or filling with epoxy and grinding. Any advice would be great. #SSB #WLSISLIFE

WAs we all know, back in March, a 9th Circuit Judge Blocked California’s “High cap.” Magazine ban, and then 1 week later issued a stay on his own order to prevent the 9th Circuit appeals the chance to Stay the order for him.

I have been researching and cannot find what the current status of this case is, do you fellas know of an update to this case?

Glad I found your podcast last month. I’m enjoying the content you create. I’m considering a pistol caliber carbine or an AR pistol in 556 for my next firearm purchase. I own 556/.223 and 9mm already in different form factors than I’m now considering What would each of you suggest I choose and why? Keep up the great work. #wlsislife #ssb #pewpewpew

Hey guys….and Savage

What are your thoughts on the Stribog SP9A1 and would you choose that over a 9mm AR pistol platform and why?

Also, in honor of Shawn’s 50th birthday we should use the hashtag #50YEARSOFSSB!

Keep up the great work guys….and Savage! By far my favorite podcast.

So I’ve started to gain some interest in long distance shooting and I’m trying to figure out what exactly I should do as far as a rifle. A local club has a range that goes out to 500 yards and I don’t think I’ll be shooting much past that. I currently have a 30-06 Browning A-bolt 2 and a cheap redfield 3-9x scope, obviously a scope is something I should probably look into for a higher power but will the 30-06 actually work well out to 500 yards accurately or should I look into getting a different caliber?

Thank you guys for the awesome show!

I recently started listening after hearing about it on the civilian medical podcast and have loved every minute of it!
