1. Did you know that: The ATF response goes further and rejects all letters issued for these shotguns in the page 47 footnotes.
2. Footnote 73 reads: “As mentioned above, any classification that provides that a “pistol grip shotgun” is not an NFA firearm is no longer valid or authoritative and should be resubmitted to FATD for evaluation.” 

Going Ballistic

• Joe Biden and the justice department are all about the rule of law…except when it comes to Hunter Biden, who can commit multiple gun felonies and just get probation.
• In a surprise to no one, the senate rejects the repeal of the pistol brace ban, so we have to wait on the SC to fix this for us.
• Judge knocking down commerce clause gives us more 2A rights? I’m all for it!
