- Washington state in serious shit with I-1639. After a lawsuit was brought against the AG’s office, he has since said that the Secretary of State is responsible for validating ballots and who may or may not reject them because they do not comply with lawful initiative language. If it goes to a vote….Washington could fall.
- We will have a pro-2A justice in the supreme court, FINALLY. My suggestion would have been to have Thomas Hardiman because he has been voted for by democrats while also correctly ruling on 2A cases in regards to Heller. However, Kavenaugh is also a VERY solid pick and the apparent winner of the nomination.
