- In Washington State news, governor signs HB1501 which states that FFL’s must report denials to police who must follow up on denials of gun purchases. The bill has no funding, will not be enforced, and will likely cause more problems for false positive matches than anything else.
- Now that a new Gorsuch is in town, the Supreme Court decided to relist Peruta (right to carry a firearm outside the home) for futher review (possibly to grant cert). If we get to see this one move forward, the weak link is Kennedy, but if we win, some version of carrying of firearms will be allowed.
- Despite an influx of $25 million, rats are fleeing the sinking ships of Everytown and Mom’s Demand Action because Shannon Watts behavior is that abhorrent.
- Kiddie diddler, Will Hayden from sons of guns is sentenced to 2 life sentences, plus 40 years.
