He did all the hard work to figure out how to easily figure out which shims are needed. I took his equation and turned it into a simple calculator.

Here's the data you'll need!

TPI

You’ll need to know this. 

  • If your muzzle device is 1/2×28, your TPI is 28.
  • If your muzzle device is 5/8×24, your TPI is 24.
