Regulated Items and FFL Transfer: Any firearm or other regulated item will be transferred only through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) or other legally required licensed transfer process in the winner's state of residence. Winner must be legally eligible to receive and possess the item, complete all required forms and background checks, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. No regulated item will be shipped or transferred directly to a winner when law requires transfer through an FFL or other licensed party. If a prize cannot legally be awarded, shipped, possessed, or transferred to the selected winner, Sponsor may substitute a lawful prize, withhold the regulated portion of the prize, or select an alternate winner.
Winner Selection: One or more potential winners will be selected by weighted random drawing from valid entries after the entry period closes. Odds depend on the number of eligible weighted entries received.
Winner Verification: Potential winners must respond and complete any required eligibility, identity, age, residency, compliance, transfer, and prize-claim steps within 7 days or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require documentation sufficient to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
