  Hey guys,
  I took a pistol and carbine course a few weeks back (probably months by the time you’re reading this), and noticed one of the guys was running a Honey Badger. I made a friendly joke about how he probably paid more for the ammo than the class itself and he could’ve saved some cash by running 5.56 instead. He responded that he didn’t own a 5.56 AR and that 300 BLK was all he had. At first I judged him, everyone knows that your first AR should be 5.56/223, or at the very least you should own one 5.56 AR pattern rifle, right? Then I thought about it more and realized I may have been too harsh. After all, if he bought one AR with the single purpose of indoor home defense (no plans for outdoor use, SHTF, or boog), then maybe this makes decent sense. After all, “beware the man who owns one gun.” What do you guys think?
