At this point in my firearms journey(only a couple years), I’m starting to wonder what in the world would be the reason to get a rifle incapable of firing with a folded stock. When the tech exists to make it work without the need for a buffer spring, is there any advantage to the AR style at this point? I’m not sucking any AK dongles here, it’s just where my head is currently. The AR style seems obsolete considering this. I’ll hang up and listen to your thoughts.

Hello love the podcast especially when a question gets asked about room clearing/ firefights and jermey is like so what kind of badguys are there is it level 3 body armor or level 4 or iron man suits. Do they have a dicks or a vaginas are they pretty do they have a nice smile. What if the moon is red. If the moon is red I would use a. 22lr but if it’s not I’d use a jdam. So anyways my question is this how would you go about clearing your own houses with a group of 3 or 4 armed men that are high on meth and they have iron man suits. So basically 3 Ironman bad guys on meth.

Hey wls, I am new to carry conceal and have two questions I have been seeking an answer for. The first, is it recommended to carry a gun that is either da/sa or has a thumb safety, or is training and proper trigger control the best safety? I really like the p365xl and I am trying to decide between a manual thumb safety or no safety. The second, what would be the preferred appendix holster from brc for a man with a bit of a belly? I am 5’11” 190 lbs and have a little bit of a dad bod going on. I have been looking at the herrin and the acs. As someone with a belly would it be more comfortable to have a gun and mag on my stomach or just the gun maybe shifted to a 1 o’clock position with a separate mag carrier? Thanks!

1: Why is 10 mm not as popular in the AR PCC world? I would think because it’s straight walled, that it would be a “shoe in”.
2: When considering a weapon mounted light, is it preferable for a “flood” beam or a more narrow beam?
