Hey guys, have a two part question. Do any of you know if there is a FRT that will drop into a gen 1 JRC .45acp? I know they are compatible with AR triggers. Ok, second part, please understand that I’m a total noob to AR rifles. I’ve owned and shot AK platforms for many years but know next to nothing about ARs. Why do you dislike the Springfield Saint? A buddy of mine has one and I enjoyed shooting it, I was considering buying one. Should I steer clear of it and if so why?

I’ve been into guns most my life and have seen certain fads, guns or accessories come and go within the industry.
Some are cringe worthy looking back and some are missed.
What current or recent fads do you think we will be laughing at in 10 years or so?

How bout folding stocks? I see Brownells has one for the BRN 80 and I think it’s cool. Also the Samson manufacturing Ruger Mini 14 folding stock. Very close to the factory original.
