I thought I knew what a musket was until I saw a lever action rifle labeled a musket. So, what the heck is a musket, exactly, then? There are also rifle muskets and rifled muskets. What’s the difference?

What are the cast’s thoughts on 2011’s? Can you give me a little more history and knowledge on the pistols? More than they’re just an updated 1911. I saw one at a class I took last weekend. It looked and felt like a nice pistol. I didn’t get to shoot it though. Thinking about getting one with a red dot. I would start with it as a range toy but if I liked it I would try to carry it. Not sure I could carry it appendix though. Are there any good ones for sub $500? #Houndlife

So I got a new toy, a Springfield sar 8, but it’s got a fake bird cage on as some form of thread protector and it’s semi permanent from my research (set pin under a weld) I found opaque reference to it being 922 compliance of some sort something about not have a removable muzzle device if it doesn’t meet other criteria. Everything I found was old does anyone have any knowledge on this? I would like to be able to put a real muscle device on it.

Love the show!! I want to build an ar15 chambered in .458 socom but I only can find aero precision upper that is factory made for big bore ammo. Is that a good choice or should I buy a better upper and have it milled out for .458? Thanks

Have a question a wise Medical cult leaders….. you happen upon a terrible wreck and one person has two legs that are trapped and crushed would you just go ahead and TQ both legs…. cuz I was under the impression from several different videos that you can bleed most if not all of your blood volume into your lower extremities… and if someone has a crush injury to a leg there’s a high likelihood of a severed artery correct? #putyourdickinit
