If you could pick one historical figure from America’s past to have a conversation with, who would it be and why?

I completed my SDI 1911 build, but cant get the trigger figured out. I think it is either the disconnector or the sear. The trigger pull is about 20 pounds and i cant figure out which part is causing it. It is really hard to pull then breaks suddenly. The pistol is fully functional, no problems racking the slide or pulling the hammer back, safety seems a bit sluggish when engaging (not crisp), but works. Any thoughts? Should i just send it to someone to get worked on? Thanks guys!

What is the purpose of AR15 barrels that are shorter than 16” then have a flash hider pinned and welded on to make them 16” so they are not an SBR. I mean I understand making them not an SBR but why get a barrel shorter than 16 inches only to add the piece to make it 16”. Why not just get a 16” barrel.. Am I missing something functional here or what??

So shit talker funky Walker and I were talking about this this afternoon and I wanted to run it by the cast. I am looking at buying a AR lower from a guy in a state that does not have universal background checks. At this time the lower is set up as an AR pistol. If it was bought originally as a rifle and I put a short barrel upper on it would that make it an illegal SBR right? So how can I resolve this? What are your thoughts?

WLS Team, except Jeremy who I am sure cant close, I’ve been with my girlfriend for seven years and, for the most part, our sex life is great. However, we’ve had disagreements when I suggested ways to spice it up.
I proposed costume/role play where she would dress up as the Taliban or other terrorist characters. She hates the idea and suggested Navy seals or rangers.
