“I would like to bring something up real quick. The hell's going on with Savage. he's like uh he's dead he's in the backstage but not connected shows no devices connected maybe he died maybe maybe the fire came back so last week we had a guest and i didn't get to this story but between youtube and the wls podcast i'm sorry between frn and the youtube wls podcast uh youtube channels last week we have had over 270 videos removed from youtube for frn and wls uh now a week has now passed and that number is 364 videos deleted multiple channel strikes like that's like i don't know so the wls podcast we've never pushed we literally just used to stream there, but you know, 4,000 subscribers, the FRN channel has like 7,000 subscribers.”

backlog loss and video counts
“And, uh, I woke up one morning last week and Krista had sent me a screenshot saying that the channel had been deleted and i was like fuck that fucking that sucks like you know even though it's a sacrificial channel it sucks to have like you know Our entire backlog just like no longer on the internet. And it, you know, it's frustrating. Obviously there was like 700 fewer videos, but there was still, you know, quite a few out there.”

“Never happens. Like it just does not happen. A small, that channel has 3,400 subscribers. um it just like that is not a thing that exists in the world like you don't small channels like that don't get any attention at all when they get removed so i got that i talked to my buddy chris he said do you want to meet with the youtube guy i talked to the youtube guy who is fucking awesome by the way and like really good guy really understands the challenges that we face and stuff that we go through and you know we just talked about you know here's what i'm doing like I told him about my strike striker program that basically runs through, gets the community guidelines, runs, you know, voice transcription on everything, uses AI to make sure that all the violative stuff and the websites and all that stuff is removed.”

youtube policy and disclosure context
“and here's the thing is youtube will sneakily put in this stuff and then they won't enforce it for a few years and then you know when the the political winds change they will begin to enforce it and they'll be like what what the fuck are you talking about we've had this in place for like five years are you crazy you know this is not this is not new you've been oh so what you're saying is you've been breaking the rules for five years come on man do better they're like a gas sliding lover and uh you know they're just they're gonna they're gonna do it what whatever it happens to be that's just the way it is i think when i said lover nick had to leave for a minute he'll he'll be back that fucking music sounds like uh calliope music yeah so like that's what it reminds me of it makes me laugh but anyway savage i think at this point it's unknown what it will do and then for those that don't know basically they put out a thing that said um branded content it was their branded content policy and i'm pretty sure that it's been this this way for quite a while i think they updated language but just to make it more clear but it had always facial fascially been this way where basically saying that any branded content must be fully disclosed But branded content is not allowed for dangerous things like drugs and marijuana and weapons and ammunition and things like that. So what they also clarified is that even if you're given the gun or the product, that that still counts as branded content. And the reason that I say that this is like the thing that has been around for a while is that's always been the FCC rules.”

“And we should, you know, like we should clearly disclose these kinds of relationships. Um, you know, like I'll come up with some, a banner or something that you can put that, you know, you, I can't even remember what I called it. But, you know, just to say that you're, you're being clear because the audience that watches our YouTube videos and podcasts and things like that, they, they truly deserve to understand and to know what people are either getting paid or getting free stuff.”
